“Role of Physiotherapy in ICU” – Expert Workshop 🏥✨

A highly informative workshop on “Role of Physiotherapy in ICU” was conducted by Dr. Raja BG (CVRS Physiotherapist), providing valuable insights into the critical role of physiotherapy in intensive care settings.

The session covered evidence-based clinical practices, ICU assessment, patient handling, respiratory physiotherapy techniques, early mobilization, airway clearance strategies, ventilator-associated rehabilitation, and real-world clinical approaches, helping students bridge the gap between theory and practice.

An inspiring day of learning and hands-on clinical practice! 💙

Our students had the privilege of attending an insightful Kinesio Taping Workshop conducted by Dr. Mahesh Mitra Sir, Ex-Principal of MVPS College of Physiotherapy.

The session combined evidence-based concepts with practical demonstrations, helping students understand the principles, indications, application techniques, and clinical reasoning behind Kinesio Taping. Under Sir’s expert guidance, students practiced the techniques, refined their skills, and gained the confidence to apply them correctly in clinical settings.

We sincerely thank Dr. Mahesh Mitra Sir for sharing his valuable knowledge, clinical experience, and inspiring our future physiotherapists with an enriching learning experience. 🙏
