DO'S & DON'T'S

WHAT TO DO
►Follow good hygiene practices,such as washing your hands regularly and avoiding touching your eyes,use sanitizer.
►Use a cool, damp cloth to soothe
irritated eyes.

►Apply over-the-counter artificial tears or lubricating eye drops.

►Use a fresh towel or cloth daily to avoid
spreading the infection.
► Consult a Ayurvedic doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.

WHAT NOT TO DO
►Avoid sharing personal items like
towels, pillowcases, etc.

►Avoid wearing contact lenses or
sharing eye makeup during an outbreak.

►Do not rub your eyes, as this can cause further irritation and spread the infection.

►Do not use prescription eye drops or medication without consulting a doctor.

►Do not compromise on personal hygiene, especially in public places.

डोळे येणे (कंजक्टिवाईटीस)म्हणजे नक्की काय?
हा एक प्रकारचा संसर्गजन्य रोग आहे जो विशेषतः पावसाळ्यात होतो.
कधी दोन्ही डोळ्यांवरही त्याचा संसर्ग होतो.
लक्षणे:-
डोळ्यांना खाज,
चिकटपणा,
डोळ्यांना सूज,
डोळे लालसर होणे,
डोळ्यातून पिवळा द्रव बाहेर येणे.

डोळे आल्यास विश्ववल्लभ आयुर्वेद सल्ल्यानुसार काय काळजी घ्याल?
- डोळ्यांना स्वच्छ पाण्याने सतत धुवा.
- इतर व्यक्तींच्या रुमाल, टॉवेल, कपडे इत्यादीने आपले डोळे पुसू नये.
- डोळ्यांना सतत स्पर्श करू नये.
-हाताला सॅनिटीझर वापरा
- उन्हात वापरण्यासाठी असणाऱ्या चष्यांचा वापर करावा.
-आपल्या सभोवतालचा परिसर स्वच्छ ठेवावा.
- कचऱ्यामुळे त्यावर माशा बसतात ज्या डोळ्याची साथ
पसरवतात.
- डॉक्टरांच्या सल्ल्यानुसारच आयुर्वेदिक औषधी ड्रॉप डोळ्यात टाकावी.
- गुलाब पाण्याच्या घड्या डोळ्यावर ठेवा
- डोळ्याची प्रतिकारशक्ती वाढण्यासाठी आयुर्वेदिक डोळ्याची रसायन औषधी घ्यावी.
