महाराष्ट्र चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स इंडस्ट्री अँड ॲग्रीकल्चर पर्यावरण समिती व मंत्राज रिसोर्सेस लिमिटेड, नाशिक यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने पर्यावरणाचे संवर्धन आणि त्याच्या परिणामावर चर्चासत्र गुरुवार दि. 20 जुलै 2023 रोजी नाईस सभागृह, नाईस संकुल, सातपूर येथे संपन्न झाले.
याप्रसंगी व्यासपीठावर महाराष्ट्र चेंबरचे उपाध्यक्ष कांतीलाल चोपडा, पर्यावरण समितीच्या चेअरपर्सन डॉ. धनश्री हरदास, मंत्राज ग्रीन रिसोर्सेस चे व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक डॉ. यू. के. शर्मा, व्यवस्थापक आशिष माईनकर, प्रकल्प समन्वयक नेहा शिंदे उपस्थित होते.
महाराष्ट्र चेंबरचे उपाध्यक्ष कांतीलाल चोपडा यांनी महाराष्ट्र चेंबरच्या कार्याची माहिती दिली. शेठ वालचंद हिराचंद यांनी 1927 साली राज्यातील व्यापार उद्योगाच्या विकासासाठी महाराष्ट्र चेंबरची स्थापना केली. तेव्हापासून आतापर्यंत महाराष्ट्र चेंबर केंद्र व राज्य सरकारच्या सहकार्याने राज्यातील व्यापार उद्योगाच्या विकासासाठी महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका बजावत असल्याचे सांगितले. तसेच महाराष्ट्र चेंबरतर्फे व्यापार उद्योग व कृषी क्षेत्रासाठी राबविण्यात येत असलेल्या विविध उपक्रमांची माहिती दिली. देशात व जागतिक स्तरावर राज्यातील व्यापार, उद्योग व अन्न प्रक्रिया उद्योगांना स्थान मिळवून देण्यात महाराष्ट्र चेंबरने महत्वपूर्ण कार्य केले आहे. तसेच महाराष्ट्र चेंबरचे अध्यक्ष ललित गांधी यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली पर्यावरण समितीच्या माध्यमातून महाराष्ट्र चेंबर पर्यावरण संवर्धनाकरीता विविध उपक्रमांच्या द्वारे काम करत असल्याचे उपाध्यक्ष कांतीलाल चोपडा यांनी सांगितले. चेंबरच्या पर्यावरण समितीच्या चेअरपर्सन डॉ. धनश्री हरदास यांनी वातावरण म्हणजे काय, बदल म्हणजे काय, प्रदूषण म्हणजे काय, का बर हे बदल होतात, पृथ्वी चे तापमान कसे वाढते, आपण काही अंशी जबाबदारी घेऊ शकतो का, तांत्रिक दृष्टीने महाराष्ट्र चेंबर आपली मदत कशी करू शकतो, चेंबरच्या माध्यमातून आपण सक्रिय कसे काम करू शकता, पर्यावरण संवर्धन हे आज संयुक्त राष्ट्रांपुढे मोठे आव्हान आहे. आपण सगळे मिळुन त्याला सामोरे गेले पाहिजे. या गोष्टींचा ऊहापोह होऊन केला. पर्यावरण संवर्धनाकरीता वातावरण बदलासाठी आताच पावले उचलावी लागतील असे .याप्रसंगी प्रकल्प समन्वयक नेहा शिंदे यांनी पर्यावरण संवर्धन करताना गौण खनिज खडक, दगड किंवा माती उत्खनन वापराबाबतचे शासकीय नियम याबाबत चित्रफितीद्वारे सविस्तर माहिती दिली. मंत्राज रिसोर्सेस लिमिटेडने केलेल्या कार्याची माहिती दिली.
पर्यावरण अधिकारी वैष्णवी पोद्दार यांनी सूत्रसंचालन केले. आभार प्रदर्शन व्यवस्थापक आशिष माईनकर यांनी केले.
