Do you Sleep on your stomach? Your body may be telling you to stop.
Modern science is uncovering what our beloved Prophet ﷺ taught us over 1400 years ago.
Sleeping On Your Stomach:
• Can strain the neck and spine, leading to pain and stiffness
• May put pressure on the chest, making breathing less efficient
• Can compress internal organs and affect digestion
• Often linked to numbness or tingling from nerve pressure
SubhanAllah. What science is discovering today, the Sunnah guided us to long ago.
Ya‘ish ibn Tikhfah reported from his father that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw him lying on his stomach and said:
“Indeed, this is a manner of lying down that Allah dislikes.”
— Sunan Abi Dawud 5001
🌿 This is the beauty of Islam:
We trust Allah’s wisdom first… and often science catches up later.🤍
