72 yrs old female patients came to the dwisha physiotherapy clinic.. patients having complained of....

• Pain
- Difficulty walking
- Difficulty with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
- Symptoms lasting for 7-8 months

The diagnosis was:

- Lymphadenopathy (abnormal enlargement of the lymph nodes)
- PIVD (Probable Intervertebral Disc Disease, a type of spinal degeneration)

The patient showed significant improvement, becoming independent in walking within 15-20 days.
