In this activity, your child is moving their tongue outward while making sounds, and slowly increasing the loudness of the voice.

This may look simple, but it is actually working on multiple important skills at the same time:
• It helps your child control tongue movements, which are essential for clear speech.
• It improves sound production, making speech more understandable.
• The gradual increase in loudness teaches your child how to control their voice—not too soft, not too loud.
• It also builds awareness of their own voice and body, which is important for communication.

Many children who have unclear speech or difficulty controlling volume benefit a lot from this kind of practice.

👉 In simple words:
We are training the tongue, voice, and brain to work together for better speech and communication.

Tantrum or Meltdown — they may look similar, but the reason behind them is very different.

A tantrum usually happens when a child wants something, avoids something, or seeks attention. The child is still aware of the surroundings and may stop when the goal is achieved.

A meltdown is not a choice — it is a nervous system overload. It happens when the brain cannot manage sensory input, emotions, frustration, fatigue, or sudden change. During a meltdown, the child is overwhelmed and needs support, not correction.

Understanding the difference helps parents respond with empathy instead of frustration.

🌿 Tantrum needs boundaries
🌿 Meltdown needs regulation
🌿 Both need understanding

When we identify the real cause, we support the child in the right way.

Many parents of children with autism often start with a gluten-free casein-free (GFCF) diet and omega-3 supplements, hoping to improve gut health, attention, and behavior. However, it is important to understand that GFCF diet should not be followed blindly for long periods without proper nutritional monitoring, because it may sometimes lead to nutritional deficiencies such as low calcium, protein imbalance, vitamin deficiencies, and reduced dietary variety.

In many children, gut support can be approached more naturally by improving intestinal health through prebiotics and probiotics. Camel milk is now gaining attention because it contains natural immune-supportive proteins, easy-to-digest nutrients, and beneficial properties that may help gut regulation in some children. Along with this, adding good-quality prebiotic and probiotic support may help improve digestion, bowel habits, and overall gut balance.

Rather than depending only on restrictive diets or supplements, the focus should be on balanced nutrition, healthy gut microbiome support, and individualized planning according to the child’s needs.

⚠️ Always consult your pediatrician, nutritionist, or therapist before making major dietary changes for your child.
