World Autism Awareness Day
"Creating Understanding & Inclusive Spaces"

The Delhi Centre Team successfully conducted a Posture & Ergonomics Camp along with an Autism Awareness Session for the dedicated teachers of Sarvodaya Government School, Noor Nagar, Okhla.

A total of 42 participants actively engaged in the session, gaining valuable insights on:
:>Promoting better posture and physical well-being
:> Understanding autism and fostering inclusive classrooms
:> Supporting children with diverse needs through informed care

Strengthening road safety through collaboration

Our Patna Centre Head recently participated in a high-level meeting with the Traffic DG, ADG, and senior officials of Bihar, organized by ICICI Lombard. The discussion focused on advancing traffic management systems across the state.

IHIF was acknowledged as the implementing agency and a key partner in ICICI Lombard’s CSR initiatives. Following the meeting, traffic management equipment, including barricades, was handed over to the Traffic Police.

Promoting Health Awareness at the community level

DRC successfully conducted a Health Check-up & Awareness Camp at MCD Park, Vinobha Puri, Lajpat Nagar-II on 29th March 2026, led by Dr. Ankit Bhambri (MS Ortho).

The camp focused on orthopaedic screening, posture correction, and preventive care. A total of 30 patients were assessed, with many benefiting from Bone Mineral Density (BMD) testing and early diagnosis.

Through timely guidance, lifestyle advice, and necessary referrals, the initiative contributed towards encouraging healthier living and preventive care practices.

Global Learning :> Advancing Neurorehabilitation

IHIF had the privilege of hosting 35 healthcare professionals from 13 countries as part of an International Training Programme on Integrated Rehabilitation Care of Spinal Cord Injuries.

The programme, supported by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and conducted by the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) in collaboration with ISIC Multispeciality Hospital, New Delhi, brought together global experts for knowledge exchange.

The visit to our Neuro Rehab Centre enabled meaningful discussions on advancements in neurorehabilitation, community-based care, and multidisciplinary approaches.

Strengthening global partnerships for better rehabilitation outcomes.

A Helmet Saved a Life

Real life story - A powerful reminder that safety is not optional - it is lifesaving.

Message of one of the survivor who met with an accident.

“I was riding my two-wheeler when a car suddenly hit me from the side. I lost balance and fell hard, hitting my head. For a few moments, everything went blank. Later, the doctors told me that the ISI-marked helmet I was wearing had absorbed most of the impact and protected me from a life-threatening injury.

This ICICI Lombard helmet was provided to me during a road safety workshop by the IHIF Team. That one simple decision to wear the helmet saved my life. I am truly grateful for this initiative that not only spreads awareness but also protects lives.”

At IHIF, through our road safety initiatives supported by ICICI Lombard, we continue to promote responsible riding habits and distribute certified helmets to protect lives on the road.
