A golden burst of mango sunshine- crafted in minutes, light on the gut, and rich in gourmet flavour👌🏻

👩🍳Here’s what you need for this this MANGO MAGIC~
1 cup Ripe Mango chunks(choose sweet one)
1 cup Low fat Yogurt (hung curd)
1/4 cup Steelcut/ Rolled Oats
1 tbsp Chia/ Sabja seeds
1 tbsp Soaked Mix Seeds (Pumpkin,Sunflower,Sesame)
7-8 Soaked Mix Nuts(Walnut, Almond,Pistachios)
➡️ Soak Oats & Chia seeds in 1/2 cup water for 30 minutes or overnight.
Blend together Oats, Chia, Mango, Yogurt till smooth.
Pour in a bowl & garnish with Mix seeds, Nuts and ENJOY the goodness😋
💫PRO TIP💫 Substitute yogurt with Almond Milk for Vegan option.
