The escalating instability in the Middle East is a stark reminder of this reality which we often underestimate:

In high-risk industries like Oil & Gas, HSE leadership must move beyond compliance-driven frameworks and adopt a resilience-first approach to Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

“When war begins, workplace safety is often one of the first casualties.”

Most people think war affects soldiers, but war also affects millions of workers who are simply doing their jobs.

Behind every conflict are healthcare workers treating casualties, factory workers maintaining supply chains, engineers rebuilding damaged infrastructure, and humanitarian workers supporting displaced communities.

I am pleased to share the 96th edition of the ENOCH Monthly e-Magazine (December 2025)—a milestone that also marks 96 months of my contribution as a member of the Editorial Board. A Journey started with firm baby steps to share and learn from each other.

My mother’s love is the foundation of my self-esteem.

Empathy isn’t something we’re born with. We learn it through how we are held, soothed, and understood. When a mother responds with sensitivity and emotional presence, a child learns how to feel for others.

My father supported me with encouragement and guidance. My mother, however, gave me emotional resonance—she sat with my distress, comforted me, and helped me feel safe enough to grow. Both protected me, each in their own way.

Though my mother has gone to her heavenly abode, she is still with me.

May her memory be a blessing.

It lives on in my capacity to care, connect, and relate deeply to others.
