Did you know your lungs can expand sideways too? 🤔
Today's exercise focuses on expanding the rib cage laterally, improving chest mobility, lung expansion, and breathing efficiency. This technique is especially helpful for people with shallow breathing, reduced chest expansion, or prolonged sitting habits.
