“My bloodwork is normal, so why is my hair still falling out?”

Here’s the catch: hemoglobin can look fine while ferritin, your actual iron reserve, is already low enough to affect hair growth. Hair follicle cells divide faster than almost any other cell in the body, so they’re often the first to be cut off when resources run short. Add in cortisol pushing follicles into an early resting phase, and what you’re shedding today may reflect what your body went through three months ago (yes, there’s a delay). It’s fixable once you know what’s actually driving it.

Swipe to see the signs beyond shedding, what’s happening inside your follicles, and what helps rebuild it. Which of these have you noticed?

Most people think of honey as a natural sweetener.

Ayurveda sees it very differently. Known as Madhu, honey has been valued for thousands of years not just for its taste, but for its unique therapeutic properties.

Traditionally, it has been used to:
🍯 Support healthy digestion
🌿 Soothe the respiratory tract
⚖️ Help maintain metabolic balance
✨ Support wound healing and healthy skin

But here’s what many people don’t know...

According to Ayurveda, how you consume honey matters just as much as the honey itself. Heating it or adding it to boiling liquids is traditionally discouraged, while using pure honey in moderation is encouraged.

Sometimes, it’s not just what you eat but how you use it.

Save this post for the next time you reach for a spoonful of honey.

When people think about fertility and reproductive health, they often focus on hormones.

But healthy eggs and s***m also rely on something else:

Protection from oxidative stress.

Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative damage. Because egg and s***m cells are particularly vulnerable to oxidative stress, getting enough Vitamin E through your diet can help support normal reproductive function as part of an overall healthy lifestyle.

The good news?

Most people can meet their Vitamin E needs through food—nuts, seeds, leafy greens, avocado, and other whole foods are excellent sources.

Supplements aren’t necessary for everyone and should only be taken if recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.

Small, consistent lifestyle habits matter far more than a single nutrient.

Fatty liver isn’t only a drinker’s problem, that’s actually what makes it dangerous. It shows up with zero symptoms until a scan or blood report catches it, and the real triggers are ordinary, hidden sugar in “healthy” snacks, prolonged sitting.

Cutting that sugar and moving daily comes first, always. Alongside that, Dr Vaidya’s Liver Care Tablets are what I point clients toward, Kutki reduces fat buildup in liver cells, Kalmegh protects those cells and eases inflammation, Bhumyamalaki slows fatty liver progression specifically.

One tablet twice a day for maintenance, two with an existing diagnosis, lukewarm water after meals, minimum three months before reassessing.

You’re constantly tired. You crave sugar all day. You’re gaining weight despite eating “healthy.”

But your routine blood tests don’t explain why.

It could be insulin resistance.

Insulin resistance often develops quietly, long before type 2 diabetes is diagnosed. Your body can produce extra insulin to keep blood sugar within the normal range, so early changes may not always be obvious.

The good news? Lifestyle changes can make a real difference.

Swipe to see:
✔️ The early signs to look for
✔️ What’s happening inside your body
✔️ Simple habits that can improve insulin sensitivity

The earlier you recognise it, the better your chances of supporting your long-term metabolic health.

Your gut doesn’t just digest food.

It communicates with your brain every minute of every day.

Through the vagus nerve, your microbiome, immune signals, and chemical messengers, your gut can influence stress, mood, energy, and mental clarity.

Supporting your gut isn’t just about better digestion—it may also support how you feel.

Everyone talks about blood sugar.

Almost no one talks about the organ controlling it.

Your pancreas has two essential jobs:
✔️ Producing digestive enzymes.
✔️ Helping regulate blood sugar through insulin and glucagon.

When it isn’t functioning well, your digestion, metabolism, and blood sugar can all be affected.

Swipe to understand one of the hardest-working organs in your body.

Your hair frizz might be starting in your gut, not just the weather.

Humidity swells the hair shaft and lifts the cuticle. But Ayurveda points to something deeper: monsoon season weakens Agni and aggravates Vata, and weak digestion means weaker nourishment for your hair.

Support it from both sides: warm oil massage, gentle scalp washing, light warm meals, and protein, iron, zinc, and vitamin C-rich foods (Amla is a star here). And skip brushing or tying up wet hair, it breaks more easily when swollen.

Nourish your hair from within 🌿

Most people take these herbs - Triphala, Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Brahmi, Giloy, completely randomly. Whenever they remember, with whatever’s around.

But in Ayurveda, timing is the difference between an herb working and doing nothing at all. Triphala at night moves your bowels gently by morning. Ashwagandha before bed calms a “wired but tired” nervous system. Brahmi on an empty stomach sharpens focus for the day ahead.

Swipe for the full guide - best time, who it’s for, how much to take, and when to avoid it, for each of these 5 herbs. 🌿
