The biggest disease is not what is happening in your body or mind.
The biggest disease is that you do not know who you are.
You believe you are these aggregates—
an ever-changing body of flesh, blood, dirt, atoms, molecules, electrical signals, so and so.;
bundles of thoughts, feelings, memory, perception, and mental constructions.
You become obsessed for the things of the world, you fight and you fail because there is no fulfilment with impermanent, and you cry.
You get caught inside the dimension of time-space and causality

Bodhidharma /
"Bodhidharma was a semi-legendary Buddhist monk who lived during the 5th or 6th century. He is traditionally credited as the transmitter of Buddhism to China, and regarded as its first Chinese patriarch. According to a debunked 17th century apocryphal story found in a manual called Yijin Jing, he began the physical training of the monks of Shaolin Monastery that led to the creation of Shaolin kungfu. He is known as Dámó in China and as Daruma in Japan. His name means "dharma of awakening" in Sanskrit. Little contemporary biographical information on Bodhidharma is extant, and subsequent accounts became layered with legend and unreliable details.
