What’s Wrong With Our Children?

Or is the real question…

What’s Wrong With Our Parenting?

Before we label this generation as unhealthy, distracted, or addicted, let’s pause and ask ourselves:

📱 Who handed them a smartphone before they learned self-control?
🍔 Who gave them money to order fast food whenever they wanted?
🥤 Who stocked the kitchen with sugary drinks and ultra-processed snacks?
📺 Who replaced family meals with screens?
🏃 Who became too busy to model an active lifestyle?

Our children are not making these choices in isolation—they are learning from the environment we create.

The good news is that the solution also begins with us.

Let’s:
🥗 Make healthy food the easiest choice at home.
🍎 Eat together more often.
🚶 Be active as a family.
📵 Set boundaries for screen time—for ourselves as well as our children.
❤️ Remember that children imitate what we do far more than what we say.

Healthy habits are inherited through example, not instructions.

Today’s children don’t need perfect parents. They need conscious parents.
