But guava leaves + neem extract + activated charcoal + miswak + sesame oil + coconut oil = the cleanest your mouth has ever felt. Regular toothpaste is white because of Titanium Dioxide, an artificial colouring agent.

Ours is black because that is the natural colour of the herbs inside it.
