Har waqt thaka hua feel karna, cold chai peena, stress ko “normal” bolna, low energy ke saath din nikalna… this is NOT normal.

Most women have become so used to ignoring their body’s signals that self neglect feels routine now.

But constant exhaustion, mood swings, hair fall, digestion issues, low energy — these are your body asking for help, not something to silently tolerate.

You deserve care too.
Not just on Mother’s Day, but every single day.

Take rest.
Eat well.
Move your body.
Do things that make you happy.
And most importantly, prioritise your wellness because you matter too 🌸

We keep running…
behind goals, money, success—

Work will always be there.

we forget what actually makes us happy.

So if you don’t take time for yourself now,
you probably never will.

Start listening to your body.
Start doing things that feel good to you.

Take that solo break.
Do what makes you feel alive again.
Rest without guilt.

And somewhere in between,
stop seeking validation from others…
and start giving it to yourself.

Your body needs care.
Your happiness matters.

Start choosing yourself.
Before life just passes by.
