Protein-Packed Crunchy Chickpea & Sprout Salad
Summer Special Simple, Easy, Healthy, & Tasty Recipe
Ingredients:
1- 1Cup boiled Chickpeas
2- 1Cup Boiled Moong sprauts and Corn
3- 1Cup Chopped Mix Vegetables ( Cucumber, Onion, Tomato, Capsicum, Carrot etc. )
4- 2TBs Pomegranate Seeds and Berries ( optional )
5- 1TBS Mix Nuts and Raisins
6- 1TBS Crushed Peanuts
7- 1TBS Fried or Roasted Garlic cloves
8- 1/4 Cup Mint and Coriander Leaves
9- 1TBS Pickled Jalape├▒o and Black Pepper
For Dressing
1- 4TBS Tamarind Water
2- 1tbs Honey
3- Salt, Black Salt
4- 1tsp each: crushed black pepper, chilli flakes, sesame seeds, chaat masala
