5- Crushed Dry Fruits / Nuts

Note: In Gond Katira you can mix any summer sharbat, for colour or flavour.

1- 1Cup boiled Chickpeas
2- 1Cup Boiled Moong sprauts and Corn
3- 1Cup Chopped Mix Vegetables ( Cucumber, Onion, Tomato, Capsicum, Carrot etc. )
4- 2TBs Pomegranate Seeds and Berries ( optional )
5- 1TBS Mix Nuts and Raisins
6- 1TBS Crushed Peanuts
7- 1TBS Fried or Roasted Garlic cloves
8- 1/4 Cup Mint and Coriander Leaves

1- 1 piece cabbage ЁЯем
2- 2 potatoes ЁЯеФ
3- 1 cup peas ЁЯлЫ
4- 3 TBS Cooking oil
5- 3-4 green chillies
6- Salt to taste
7- 1 tsp each red chilli powder, turmeric powder, homemade garam masala powder

Note: Add turmeric powder in medium hot oil before adding vegetables for better taste.

1- 1medium bottle gourd
2-1 Potato
3- 1 Onion
4- 2 Tomatoes
5- 2green chilies
6- 5-6 cloves garlic
7- Small piece of ginger
8- 2Tbs Ghee / Oil
9- Salt to taste
10- turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper powder, garam masala ( 1 tsp each )

Note: Try to use Desi ghee for this recipe instead of oil
