✨ Wake up during Brahma Muhurta – Enhances mental clarity, positivity, and focus.
✨ Daily Abhyanga (oil massage) – Calms Vata, nourishes the nervous system, and reduces anxiety.
✨ Practice Pranayama & Meditation – Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, and mindfulness help control stress and improve emotional stability.
✨ Follow a Satvik diet – Warm, freshly cooked, and nourishing foods support a calm and pure mind.
✨ Include Ayurvedic herbs – Brahmi, Ashwagandha, Shankhpushpi, and Jatamansi are known to strengthen mental health (as advised by an Ayurvedic physician).
✨ Maintain proper sleep (Nidra) – Sleeping on time restores mental strength and emotional balance.
✨ Reduce screen time & overthinking – Excess stimulation disturbs mental peace.
✨ Practice positive routines (Sadvritta) – Gratitude, self-discipline, and ethical living promote mental harmony.
