Chest discomfort can come from many causes, including cardiac ischemia and gastrointestinal problems such as acid reflux.

❤️ Cardiac-type clues

More concerning features include:

* pressure, heaviness, or squeezing
* discomfort triggered by exertion
* radiation to the arm, jaw, shoulder, or back
* shortness of breath
* sweating
* nausea or faintness

🔥 GI-type clues

Reflux or other gastrointestinal pain may be associated with:

* burning behind the breastbone
* symptoms after meals
* sour taste or acid regurgitation
* belching or bloating
* worsening when lying down

The important warning

These patterns are not perfect.

Heart-related pain can sometimes feel like heartburn or indigestion, especially in older adults and people with diabetes.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री Narendra Modi जी के दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व में आयुष मंत्रालय भारत की समृद्ध प्राकृतिक विरासत और पारंपरिक स्वास्थ्य पद्धतियों को वैश्विक पहचान दिलाने का कार्य कर रहा है।

RIS के अध्ययन के अनुसार, वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में भारत का आयुष क्षेत्र 36.92 अरब अमेरिकी डॉलर की मजबूत अर्थव्यवस्था के रूप में उभरकर सामने आया है तथा इस क्षेत्र ने 16.91% की वार्षिक वृद्धि दर दर्ज की है।

प्रकृति और आधुनिक चिकित्सा विज्ञान का यह अद्भुत संगम वर्ष 2047 तक 216 से 318 अरब अमेरिकी डॉलर की विशाल अर्थव्यवस्था बनने की दिशा में अग्रसर है। यह उपलब्धि एक स्वस्थ भारत तथा के निर्माण को नई गति और नई दिशा प्रदान कर रही है।

फ्लाईदुबई की फ्लाइट FZ1073 में कॉकपिट के भीतर हुई हिंसक घटना में गंभीर रूप से घायल होने के बावजूद भारतीय कैप्टन श्री स्मित मच्छार ने अदम्य साहस और सूझबूझ का परिचय देते हुए 174 यात्रियों की जान बचाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। उनका यह साहस पूरे देश के लिए गर्व का विषय है।

घायल अवस्था में भी उन्होंने कॉकपिट का दरवाजा खोलने में मदद की, जिसके बाद यात्रियों और क्रू ने हमलावर को काबू किया और विमान की सुरक्षित आपात लैंडिंग कराई गई।

कैप्टन श्री स्मित मच्छार की वीरता, कर्तव्यनिष्ठा और अदम्य हौसला सभी के लिए प्रेरणा का स्रोत है। उनके शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की कामना करता हूँ।
Despite being seriously injured during a violent incident inside the cockpit of flydubai Flight FZ1073, Indian Captain Mr. Smit Machhar displayed extraordinary courage, composure, and presence of mind, playing a crucial role in helping save the lives of 174 passengers. His bravery is a matter of pride for the entire nation.

Even while injured, he assisted in opening the cockpit door, enabling passengers and crew members to overpower the attacker. This was followed by a safe emergency landing of the aircraft.

Captain Smit Machhar’s heroism, dedication to duty, and indomitable spirit serve as an inspiration to all. I wish him a speedy and complete recovery.

Hepatitis and cirrhosis both affect the liver, but they are not the same condition.

Hepatitis means liver inflammation.
It may be caused by viruses, alcohol, fatty liver disease, medicines, or autoimmune disease.

Cirrhosis means advanced chronic scarring of the liver.
It develops after long-term liver injury and can lead to portal hypertension, ascites, variceal bleeding, and confusion.

A simple way to remember:

Hepatitis → inflammation
Cirrhosis → scarring

⚠️ Chronic hepatitis can eventually progress to cirrhosis if liver injury continues.

🚨 Jaundice, abdominal swelling, vomiting blood, or confusion require urgent medical evaluation.
