Restoring Function & Aesthetics with Full Mouth Rehabilitation 🦷✨
A male patient presented with a failed prosthesis, multiple missing teeth, severely compromised dentition, difficulty in chewing, aesthetic concerns, and reduced oral function and quality of life.
After a comprehensive clinical examination and OPG evaluation, a customised treatment plan was developed based on the patient’s functional, aesthetic, and individual requirements.
🦷 Treatment Protocol
🔹 Day 1: Failed prosthesis and non-restorable teeth were removed, followed by immediate placement of corticobasal implants.
🔹 Day 2: Metal framework try-in and jaw relation records were completed.
🔹 Day 3: Definitive fixed prosthesis was delivered with immediate functional loading.
📋 Follow-Up & Monitoring
The patient will be monitored at 7 days, 15 days, 1 month, and 3 months to assess implant stability, prosthetic integration, chewing function, aesthetics, and overall treatment progress.
This case highlights the application of corticobasal implantology in complex full-mouth rehabilitation, enabling restoration of oral function and aesthetics within a significantly reduced treatment timeline.
