It was on 20th June 2011 that our family established this Trust in Arshad’s name following his tragic death in an air-ambulance crash on 25th May 2011- the objective being to promote and provide healthcare and education to the underprivileged.

Dr Syed Arshad Abbas Memorial Trust is humbled to share setting up of a Live Blood Donors Database with GMC Baramulla. Through this collaboration, GMC Baramulla Blood Bank will now be able to directly reach out to registered donors when blood is needed.

As 14th June marks the World Blood Donor Day, we're humble to share a glimpse of the blood donation drive organized by Dr. Syed Arshad Abbas Memorial Trust on 25th May 2025!
A heartfelt thank you to all the selfless individuals who became live donors and gave the precious gift of life, and to the dedicated team whose efforts made the event a success.

Today, 25th May 2025, Dr Syed Arshad Abbas Memorial Trust carried out a blood donation drive. We extend our gratitude to all donors, the Directorate of Health Kashmir, GMC Baramulla Blood Bank, JLNM hospital Blood Bank, and the Dr Syed Arshad Abbas Memorial Trust’s Donation Drive Team.
