గుండె పదిలం

1 . ప్రతి రోజు కనీసం ముప్పై నిముషాలు వేగంగా నడవండి. ఎండలో నడిస్తే మంచిది. సెల్ ఫోన్ చూస్తూ / మాట్లాడుతూ నడవొద్దు. సెల్ ఫోన్ ఆఫ్ చేసి చేతులు ఊపుతూ వేగంగా నడవండి. మీరు డిసెంబర్ లో రెండో బూస్టర్ తీసుకొని ఉంటే మీకు కార్డియోమయోపతే ఉండే అవకాశం వుంది. అంటే గుండెకండరాలు బలహీనం. బరువులు ఎత్తితే , బాగా ఆయాసం వచ్చేలా డాన్స్ చేస్తే లేదా కొండలు ఎక్కితే లేదా వేగంగా పరుగెత్తితే ప్రమాదం. కాబట్టి నడక ద్వారా … నెమ్మదిగా … మీ గుండె కండరాలను బలోపేతం చేయండి.

2 . పిండి పదార్థాలు తగ్గించండి . ప్రోటీన్ బాగా తీసుకోండి. ఆకుకూరలు కాయగూరలు తినండి. తాజా పళ్ళు తినండి ( షుగర్ వున్న వారు కొద్ది మొత్తం లో పళ్ళు సాయంకాలం తినొచ్చు ).

౩. బరువు తగ్గించండి. బిపి కంట్రోల్ లో ఉంచుకోండి.

4 స్ట్రెస్ కు గురికావొద్దు. రోజుకు ఎనిమిది గంటల నిద్ర తప్పని సరి. పురుషులు నాలుగు స్రీలు మూడు లీటర్ ల నీరు తాగాలి.

5 . రోజుకు ౩-4 వాల్నుట్స్ తినండి. మాంసాహారులు సముద్రపు చేపలు తినండి.

6 . జంక్ ఫుడ్ కు దూరంగా వుండండి. స్మోకింగ్ మానండి. ఆల్కహాల్ అలవాటు అయినవారు పరిమితులు పాటించండి.

7 ఆరు నెలలు నడక తరువాత జిం లో చేరవచ్చు. ఒక పద్ధతిలో రెసిస్టన్స్ ట్రైనింగ్ చేయవచ్చు ( అంటే బరువుతో వ్యాయామం. ). ఇది గుండెను స్ట్రాంగ్ చేస్తుంది. ( డిసెంబర్ లో రెండో బూస్టర్ తీసుకొన్న వారు నెమ్మదిగా గంటకు నాలుగైదు కిలోమీటర్ ల వేగంతో , మిగతావారు గంటకు ఆరు kilometres వేగంతో నడవాలి. )

8 . అన్నిటికీ మించి ఇప్పుడు వేసుకొన్న వాక్ సీన్ డోసులు చాలు. జరిగిన నష్టం చాలు. దొంగ మాటలు నమ్మి ఇంకో డోసు వేసుకోవద్దు. ఇంకో రెండు మూడు నెలల్లో ప్రచారం మొదలెట్టేస్తారు. “ కొత్త వారియెట్ .. కేసులు పెరుగుతున్నాయి .. మూడో బూస్ట్ తప్పని సరి “ అని. తస్మాత్ జాగ్రత్త.
