Feeling blessed and deeply honoured to be conferred with the prestigious Prof. P. Ghosh Innovation Award in ENT by AIIMS New Delhi 🙏.
This recognition for my 20+ innovations is more than an award—it’s an affirmation of years of relentless curiosity, experiments, and the belief that patient care can be transformed through constant innovation.
It was equally special to deliver the Keynote Address on “Innovations in Endoscopic Ear Surgery” at Delhi AOICON, sharing ideas and experiences that have shaped my journey.
My heartfelt thanks to Department of ENT, AIIMS New Delhi, the Delhi AOICON organisers, mentors, colleagues, friends, and every team member who stood by me in this voyage of discovery.
