At a point during lockdown I was in a situation where I felt so๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€ frustrated fed up and uncomfortable due my excess weight and medication.๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€ My mind & body were completely disturbed. I had made up my mind "I need a Change"๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™€

So, I decided to get started with a Nutritional Program๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿง‹๐Ÿฅฆ, Weight loss๐Ÿค๐Ÿ˜ & Transformation๐Ÿ‹โ€โ™€ with Coach ๐Ÿ‘. Also started attending thier daily online breakfast club ๐Ÿคณ, workouts calls ๐Ÿ’ชfrom my home, implementing basic changes in eating habits ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅ‘with help of right suppliments every day that contributed to self-loveโค๏ธ, being consistent ๐ŸŽฏwith them and having patience with myself.๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€ I experienced that not every day is perfect but doing your best with what you have every day is what actually counts. ๐ŸŽ–The best part about my transformation journey is that not only did I change physically ๐Ÿ‘ฑโ€โ™€, but I became a happier ๐Ÿ˜, confident, ๐Ÿคmindful human,๐Ÿ˜‡ became internally strong ๐Ÿ’ชand that kept me going. I felt it's my 2nd Birth.๐Ÿ‘ถ

๐Ÿ“On the Month of August, 2020 my weight was 84.7kgs thats almost 35kgs extra also having lot of health challenges.
๐ŸŽญI had a severe problem to climb steps because of my knee joint pain.
๐ŸŽญ I was unable to sit on the floor and use the washroom of Indian style
๐ŸŽญMy sleeping pattern was very disturbed due to different kind of stress which we all have at some point of time
๐ŸŽญI also had a problem of having the menstrual cycle these used to come earlier than the normal period.

Today, I lost total ๐Ÿงโ€โ™€20kgs๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽ‰ I am feeling top of the world๐Ÿช„, Today I climb stairs ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€, I can sit on floor comfortably,๐ŸงŽโ€โ™€ get a sound sleep๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿฅฑ, My menstruation cycle are corrected. ๐Ÿ˜‡And I feel Terrific & Happy ๐Ÿ˜Š till now' still way to go...๐ŸŽŠ๐Ÿ˜ป

Being 24/7 around Fitness Enthusiast, International, Indian, IPL Cricket Players & Athletes.. But personally never took care of his own health and fitness. I was introduced with Coach to see lose Weight mow button for my friend weight loss and how it is possible, His friend never believed but I personally got impressed, got started with program.

When he was college student never gave importance to health, nutrition & active lifestyle, result he was underweight & struggling with low energy, low stamina, indigestion, constipation issues.
Two years back he visited our Nutrition Club and he realizes that if he neglected to health now then he has to face more health issues in future. He decided start with our program and make some changes in habits. In few months he gained 11kgs of weight & muscles. They've been wasting a lot of time complaining, living on pay checks, procrastinating ideas, waiting things to happen by luck, accusing circumstances for things not working out for them, comfortable in the rat race

Until the day you badly need start living and you strongly stand up within you, things will never happen.
