Pain has reduced? That's great progress—but it doesn't always mean complete healing.
Many people stop physiotherapy as soon as the pain goes away. However, the underlying weakness, stiffness, imbalance, or injury may still need rehabilitation. Stopping treatment too early can increase the risk of recurrence and delayed recovery.
