'Silence taught me what noise could never.'
For a long time, I searched for answers outside, through words, people, situations, and endless thinking. Some of it helped, some of it guided me for a while, but the seeking never really stopped. No matter how much I understood, something still felt incomplete, as if I was looking everywhere except where the answers truly lived.
It was only when I began sitting with myself, in quiet moments of stillness, that something shifted. In silence, there was no pressure to fix, explain, or become anything. There was just presence.
When I slowed down and listened inward, I realised that everything I was seeking was already there. The body spoke. The breath guided. The heart softened. Silence didnโt give me loud answers, but it gave me clarity, honesty, and a deep sense of being held.
Now, whenever life feels overwhelming, I return to this space. I sit. I breathe. I connect. And slowly, the noise settles, not because life becomes quiet, but because I remember how to come back to myself.
