Returning to my roots in Jammu to share the gifts of Yoga and meditation is not just a dream realized; it is the fulfillment of a deeper purpose. This beautiful city and its people hold a special place in my heart, and there is no greater privilege than giving back to the community that shaped me. My mission is to guide the people of Jammu toward a path of conscious living, awakening them to the profound power of holistic health.
Making this milestone even more sacred was celebrating Father's Day with my 79-year-old father, who not only attended the session but inspired the entire audience with his presence and vitality, proving that wellness knows no age. By integrating these timeless practices into our daily routines, my hope is to help our community bridge the connection between mind, body, and spirit—fostering resilience, clarity, and inner peace.
