We play many roles as teachers in life, but the greatest teacher of all is Life itself.
​Life teaches us the most meaningful and powerful lessons, inviting us to witness every experience as an opportunity to learn, evolve, and step into a higher version of ourselves through right choice and right action.
​I am deeply grateful for every experience, every lesson, and every challenge—the uplifting and the demanding alike.
​I extend my gratitude to those who have supported me and helped me serve my purpose, as well as to those who did not stand by my side. Unintentionally, they taught me to rise with greater strength, passion, and resilience.
​We are all simultaneous teachers and learners, carrying forward wisdom across ages and traditions. Let us continue to seek growth, remain abundantly blessed, and live fully so that we may live completely and leave nothing unexpressed.

The journey of Self to Soul is as challenging as understanding Oneness in a world of constant change.
​Observing the shifting weather during my yoga practice today brought this truth into focus: navigating the changing people and situations around us requires patience, depth, and surrender.
​It takes moments, days, months, years—and sometimes lifetimes—to understand the purpose of our physical existence and to learn the lessons necessary for our evolution. To attain Oneness, we must observe life from a higher perspective, meeting every situation with humility and compassion.
​A Sadhak (seeker) must invest millions of breaths, play billions of roles, and navigate trillions of identities to witness the world without being swayed by judgement.
​Seeing the change and being the change is truly liberating. When the Universe works 24/7 through the law of impermanence, our path is to accept its timing, respect its flow, and remain grateful for every blessing.
​Our challenges and lessons form a natural checklist of Karmic patterns. By simply witnessing and staying rooted in the present, we learn what to silently absorb and what to eliminate for our growth.

Words have the unique power to either act as a bridge or a weapon. In traditional thought, this is why the ancient practice of Vak Shuddhi—the deliberate purification and conscious refinement of our speech—was treated not as a mere social courtesy, but as an essential spiritual discipline.
​The mythology of Goddess Baglamukhi offers a vivid masterclass in this principle. When the demon Madan was granted Vak Siddhi (the power to manifest whatever he spoke), he turned his gift into a weapon, using bitter, cruel, and sharp language to spread malice. To stop the destruction, Goddess Baglamukhi did not just defeat him with brute force; she reached into his mouth and seized his tongue—paralyzing the unchecked, toxic speech at its source. The symbolism is clear: unrefined, reactive speech creates chaos, and mastering the tongue is the ultimate act of restraint.
​In our fast-paced modern world, the "sharp tongue" in the image manifests as hasty text messages, reactive comments, or careless sentences thrown into casual conversation. While modern psychology highlights how verbal harm leaves lasting neural and emotional scars, ancient wisdom provides the remedy: Stambhana, or the power to pause. Pausing before speaking acts as a mental filter, halting the impulse to react before a sharp word leaves your lips.

Returning to my roots in Jammu to share the gifts of Yoga and meditation is not just a dream realized; it is the fulfillment of a deeper purpose. This beautiful city and its people hold a special place in my heart, and there is no greater privilege than giving back to the community that shaped me. Making this milestone even more sacred was celebrating Father's Day with my 79-year-old father, who not only attended the session but inspired the entire audience with his presence and vitality, proving that wellness knows no age.
