🌱 THE RIGHT WAY TO EAT SEEDS! 🌱

Seeds are tiny, but they’re packed with healthy fats, protein, fibre, vitamins & minerals. 💪✨

But are you eating them the RIGHT way? 👇

✅ Soak – Chia & flax seeds can be soaked before eating.
✅ Grind – Prefer ground flaxseeds for better digestion and absorption.
✅ Roast lightly – Pumpkin & sunflower seeds can be lightly roasted.
✅ Portion matters – 1–2 tbsp a day is generally enough.
✅ Choose variety – Rotate chia, flax, pumpkin, sunflower & sesame seeds.
✅ Stay hydrated – Especially when increasing fibre-rich seeds.

⚠️ Avoid excessive quantities—more isn’t always better!

What actually causes thyroid imbalances? 🦋

Your thyroid reports can look confusing—but T3, T4 and TSH don’t change for just one reason.

⚠️ Important: TSH, T3 and T4 should never be interpreted separately. Your symptoms, medications, pregnancy status, thyroid history and complete thyroid panel all matter.

And please don’t start iodine, selenium or thyroid supplements just because one value is abnormal. More isn’t always better.

If your thyroid report is abnormal, the goal is not to panic—it’s to understand why it changed.

📌 Save this thyroid cheat sheet for later.

If your period has suddenly gone from 5 days to 2–3, it can sometimes be a sign that something has changed hormonally. You may also notice:

• Brown spotting before your period
• Stronger PMS
• Poor sleep around your cycle
• Feeling more anxious or irritable perimenopause

These changes can be connected, so it’s worth paying attention. 👀

Here are 7 simple habits to support better menstrual health: 🌿

1. Eat iron rich foods 🥬
Spinach, lentils, sesame seeds and other iron rich foods. Pair plant sources with vitamin C.
2. Get enough protein
Dairy, pulses, soy, or suitable alternatives.
3. Include healthy fats 🥑
Nuts, seeds and ghee in appropriate portions.
4. Exercise regularly 🏃‍♀️
Stay active, but avoid excessive workouts or sudden increases in exercise.
5. Prioritise sleep 😴
Aim for 7–8 hours of consistent sleep.
6. Manage stress 🧘‍♀️
Yoga, meditation, breathing exercises or simply taking some quiet time can help.
7. Eat regularly & stay hydrated 💧
Nourishing meals and adequate hydration go a long way.

And remember, a 1–2 day period can be normal for some women. But a new or persistent change in your cycle deserves attention. 🩺

Save this for later 📌 and DM us for personalised nutrition guidance based on your health and cycle. 💌
