Day 6 of Healthy Tiffin lunch series.Jowari rice Pulao from . They have made my life so much easier because I need to prepare a complex carb rich tiffin and they have have created amazing products from millets . Thank you so much. I always add good fibre rich salad with good quality extra virgin olive oil and some diary protein to further enhance protein. Tomorrow is the last day of my tiffin series.
