This photo is a story of perseverance, of strong will power , patience and beautiful 6 hours spent at mahakaleshwar temple for witnessing the Bhasma arti early in the morning .You can feel the amazing aura of shiva being everywhere as if he is he there.
The amazing process which starts early at 4pm - “Abhishek” with water , milk , curd , honey , bhaang , infinite flowers .

Then sat down one of the only of my life.
And he decorated, patiently perfecting his design on the lingam .
Bhasm Aarti is not supposed to be seen - so they politely request women to cover their heads with “pallu”
Bhasm aarti is an altogether trip to witness . The ash falls from a “potli” - soft soft ash - looks all white but turns deep dark green upon touching Lord Shiva .

What better way to spend the weekend than doing something that you love to do . This is my second tattoo for . Drusta font - everything happens for a reason . Was excited with the placement of this one .
