Friends this concept is very much new to everyone.We all know that nowadays there is an acute competition everywhere,in service,in an education,in business,in profession and in many other places due to many reasons! and along with all this there is now stress,tension,fear,phobia, lack of confidence,diseases are also accompanying like dark shadow! and of course age is NOT a bar for the same friends.Say from 8th standard student up to any of senior citizen these things are prevailing!
