Such an overwhelming response!
Our fitness session for kids involved fun games, dance, zumba and an interactive discussion about healthy eating habits. We ended the session by pledging to follow a healthy lifestyle.
A big shout out to all the parents who took the responsibility of making their children a part of the session.
