8 Years of Building Healthcare’s ATM Moment. ❤️

Eight years ago, we asked ourselves a simple question:

If ATMs could revolutionize banking by bringing financial services closer to people, why couldn’t healthcare become just as accessible?

That single question became the foundation of Clinics on Cloud.

Building a bootstrapped healthcare company isn’t glamorous. It demands patience, resilience, relentless innovation, and the courage to keep moving forward—even when the future is uncertain. We spent nearly two years in R&D before the world saw our first solution, and every milestone since has been earned through perseverance.

Our journey has been as humbling as it has been rewarding.

From a garage...
to a co-working space...
to a tiny office...
to our first manufacturing facility...
to a 20,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and innovation center in Chakan, Pune, with the capacity to manufacture 500 Health ATMs every month, scalable to 2,000 units.

Clinics on Cloud is now live in Madhya Pradesh.

Hon’ble Dr. Gautam Tetwal Ji, Minister of State for Skill Development & Employment and MLA of Sarangpur, inaugurates the Clinics On Cloud Health ATM , Madhya Pradesh.

In under 5 minutes, anyone walking in can check vitals, run preventive screenings, get a report, and speak to a doctor.

No appointment. No travel. No “come back tomorrow.”

Here’s what we keep reminding ourselves:

A Health ATM isn’t impressive because it’s digital.
It’s impressive because a daily-wage worker can find out about his hypertension before it puts him in a hospital bed he can’t afford.

It’s impressive because a young mother can catch anemia before it shows up as exhaustion she’s been ignoring for years.

It’s impressive because a 55-year-old farmer can know his sugar levels before the next harvest, not after his first stroke.

The kiosk is the easy part. The harder, better part is what happens next — the early diagnosis, the prevented emergency, the family that doesn’t lose someone too soon.

It was an incredible experience participating in the Indian CSR & Sustainability Awards 2026 in New Delhi, where meaningful conversations, collaborations, and connections came together around the future of healthcare and social impact.

It was inspiring to engage with healthcare leaders, CSR professionals, innovators, policymakers, and changemakers who are collectively working towards building a healthier and more sustainable India. The discussions around preventive healthcare, digital health innovation, Health ATM deployments, connected care, and rural healthcare accessibility highlighted how technology and CSR together can create meaningful impact at the grassroots level.

One of the most encouraging aspects of the event was seeing organizations actively focusing on healthcare-driven CSR initiatives that improve early diagnosis, health awareness, and healthcare accessibility for underserved and rural communities. It asked what took us so long.
After Satara, we kept asking ourselves — was that a moment, or a movement?
Akola answered.

This is a city that gave India its cotton, its grain, its sweat. And still, people here hesitate before a basic check-up. Not because they don’t care. Because it costs money they can’t spare just to be told they’re okay.
