A case of Dry ECZEMA, came to me before 2 months. 47 yrs old a Female patient came to my clinic for the treatment of Dry Eczema in her Right Foot from past 1year.
With the complaints of severe itching and dryness on eczematous patch which was gradually increasing with the time along with the area affected by ECZEMA which was also increasing.
After taking her case history in detail, the best selected Homoeopathic remedy was prescribed to her and the whole patch of eczematous eruption was resolved in the duration of 6 months.

Patient visited to me after taking a long course of Allopathic Antibiotics with some Ointments for external application. But she didn’t had any improvement in her Diabetic foot ulcer, she was into too much of pain and she was unable to walk, bcoz Pain was so severe .
