While scrolling through old WhatsApp chats recently, I came across this conversation from a few years ago.
A customer messaged me:
"Wait... let me show you something quickly."
A few seconds later, she sent this photo.
An almost-empty bottle.
And one simple line:
"To use each drop!" ❤️
I remember smiling the day I received it.
Not because the bottle was empty...
But because someone believed in our product enough to make sure not even a single drop went to waste.
As founders, we often celebrate milestones—10 years in business, new launches, bigger facilities, better packaging.
But when I look back, I realize my real milestones were moments like these.
A customer who treasured every drop. A message sent without being asked. A quiet reminder that what we create becomes part of someone's everyday life.
As Sana's Herbs & Nature completes 10 years, I'm revisiting these little memories that shaped our journey.
They may seem small.
But to a founder, they mean everything.
To everyone who has trusted us over the years—thank you.
You've given us much more than orders.
