If you've been feeling "off" lately, don't ignore it.

Sometimes the answer isn't doing more.

It's slowing down enough to hear yourself again.

😍

Yoga at Kedaryogshala: where the poses are real, the energy is playful, and taking yourself too seriously is optional.

A little stretch, a little wobble, a lot of laughs—exactly how we like it.

Come move, breathe, and have fun on the mat.

Stop saying no to yoga.

They look easy. That’s the whole point. Four simple shapes on a mat, nothing complicated, nothing you need to be flexible for. But hold them for a few weeks and something shifts — your back moves easier, your shoulders stop aching, you stand a little steadier without thinking about it.

That’s what simple poses do. They’re not a warm-up for the real thing. They are the thing.

Strength, balance, flexibility. All of it starts here.

Your mat’s waiting. Join a beginner class at Kedar Yogshala, Dehradun. Link in bio to explore classes and timings.

“I’m not flexible enough for yoga” is something we hear all the time.

But flexibility isn’t where the journey begins — it’s one of the many things that grows with consistent practice. The real first step is allowing yourself to try.

At Kedaryogshala, our classes are made for real people, real bodies, and every starting point. With supportive guidance, mindful movement, and no pressure to be perfect, you can meet your practice exactly where you are today.

Save this as your sign to stop waiting for the “right time” or a “more flexible” version of yourself. Your mat is ready when you are. 🤍
