It was both a pleasure and a proud moment to speak at the international platform of GINSA 2026, held in Nepal on 30th May 2026.
I had the opportunity to address an audience of over 100 dietitians and healthcare professionals. The event was further honored by the presence of Nepal’s Health Minister as the Chief Guest.
My session focused on “Insulin Resistance and PCOD,” highlighting the crucial role of nutrition and lifestyle interventions in prevention and management.
Grateful to the organizers for this wonderful opportunity to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and contribute to meaningful discussions in the field of health and nutrition.
