DAY2/31 (VARIANT ANATOMY :AN IMPOSTER ) BACK2BASIC

MALE PATIENT(52YR) PRESENTED WITH BILATERAL LOIN PAIN . PATIENT HAD BEEEN UNDERGONE MUTLIPLE PROCEDURES FOR NEPHROLITIASIS. ON USG SUSPICION WAS RAISED FOR RIGHT RENAL MASS/FOCAL PYELONEPHRITIS .
LEFT RENAL CALCULOUS.
CECT ABDOMEN WAS ADVISED HOWEVER COSNIDERING USG REPEORT MULTIPHASIC CECT ABDOMEN(Corticomedullary phase, Nephrogenic phase and delayed phase ) WAS PLANNED .
Finally it turned out to be "HYPERTROPHIED COLUMN OF BERTIN"(PSEUDOMASS )
