Sometimes stress settles in the neck, fear hides in the stomach, sadness rests in the back, and unspoken emotions become body pain.
Instead of fighting your body, start listening to it with compassion. 💛

Healing is not only about treating symptoms…
it is also about understanding what your mind and body are trying to express.

✨ Grounding Practice:
Take a deep breath in…
Place one hand on your heart and one on your stomach.
Slowly inhale for 4 seconds… exhale for 6 seconds.
Repeat 5 times and gently ask yourself:
“What emotion am I holding right now?”
