Yesterday at Sunshine Yoga School we had the joy of hosting our Sunshine Ayurveda Cooking Class.
It was a wonderful experience to come together and explore the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda through cooking. We prepared nourishing and balanced dishes while learning how food can support health, harmony, and mindful living. Cooking with awareness, love, and positive energy is an important part of the Ayurvedic lifestyle, and it was truly special to share this knowledge with everyone who joined.
