The Full Moon is often spoken about as a time of release.

But this Full Moon feels less about letting go for the sake of letting go —
and more about allowing light to reveal what is asking to change.

The Moon has no light of its own.
It reflects the light of the Sun.

And in this reflection, there is a teaching.

The Sun is our dharma —
our deeper purpose, our inner clarity, the intelligence that calls us forward.

When that light shines fully, it begins to illuminate what has been hidden beneath the surface.

Not so we can stay in reflection forever.

But so we can make the changes life is asking of us.

This Full Moon in Anuradha Nakshatra reminds us of the lotus —
not untouched by the mud, but nourished by it.

The invitation is not to reject what we see.

It is to let the light show us clearly,
and then allow that clarity to become action.

A change in how we live.
A change in how we relate.
A change in how we walk our path.

From the head to the heart.
From awareness to dharma.
