Your nervous system learns repetition.
Stress repeated becomes anxiety.

That’s why the first sound healing session may feel difficult. The mind keeps searching for stimulation, noise, distraction, movement.

But with repetition, something changes.

The brain stops fighting stillness.
The body remembers safety faster.
