We see many companies mistaking non-stop hustle and unhealthy work habits with progress and productivity. They constantly ignore the diminishing energy, motivation, and alignment only to struggle with the team’s performance and output. The sooner we understand that investing in the holistic growth of the team leads to longterm exponential returns, the faster we start unlocking the team’s untapped potential.

Last week, we conducted the THRIVE Workshop for the young engineers at Sun Petrochemicals. Our objective was to help participants discover their extra edge, by tapping into their inner drivers of motivation, energy, and success.

Through strategically designed activities, and reflective interactions, the participants took a deep dive into the science of focus, performance, and joy. They not only gained clarity but also found practical tools to align their mind, energy, and actions towards what they truly wanted to accomplish.

Based on Positive Psychology, Performance Optimisation, and Yoga, the workshop offered a unique mix of techniques and approach which are easy to integrate and sustain. For us, the key highlight of the workshop was clear, unique, and personal take-aways shared by each participant. We could clearly observe the shift in their energy and clarity.

Special shout out to the Sun Petrochemicals team. It was truly heartwarming to see their leadership prioritising the team’s holistic growth and well-being and strategically investing in it.

Six years ago, if you saw us, you would have found us living the Indian City Dream — IIT and IIM degrees, “nice” jobs, and the fast-paced buzzing life of the metro. But honestly we were just mindlessly mimicking what everyone else was doing. Chasing success, validation, pleasure, but in reality just feeling lost in the clutter.

And then things took a magical turn - We moved to the Himalayas, and never really looked back. Living in Uttarkashi has been the greatest blessing of our lives. It took away the meaningless noise and gave us a life of simplicity and purpose.

So, people ask us: “What is PARAM?” Is it a fitness startup? A retreat? To us, it’s so much more than that.

PARAM is the expression of our inner transformation. It’s a conscious movement born from our own journey. We’re taking everything we’ve learned from our Guru and these mountains and using it to empower others to find their own meaning.

We’ve realized that peace and simplicity are the only luxuries that actually matter. Now, we’re building a movement to help people like us find their own definition of that joy. 🌿

Six years ago, if you saw us, you would have found us living the Indian City Dream — IIT and IIM degrees, “nice” jobs, and the fast-paced buzzing life of the metro. The Thrive 2026 workshop created a working space where teams actively recharged their energy, sharpened focus, and regained clarity.

Through thoughtfully designed activities, guided reflection, and honest conversations, participants experienced practical shifts in how they thought, communicated, and acted—both professionally and personally.

By the end of the workshop, the impact was clearly visible: steadier energy, clearer attention, and more grounded communication.

This shift was made possible by the organisation’s leadership, whose conscious and holistic approach created the trust and openness needed for real change.
