During the Yoganga healing sessions we apply best of the eastern and western approaches like Yoga Nidra, Hatha Yoga, Breath work, Mindfulness meditation techniques, Hypnotherapy, NLP, cognitive Behavior therapy and cognitive re-framing through yogic counseling.
