Think again !

We usually speak of death as something that arrives at the end of the body.

But is that the only form of death?

What happens when we remain trapped in what has passed, consumed by what may happen, and absent from the life directly before us?

Perhaps the more immediate question is not only, “What is death?”

Perhaps it is:
Are you fully alive in this moment?

Podcast 02 of The Badri Madhav Podcast arrives tomorrow morning on YouTube.

Is it you ?

You have heard it since childhood—so it feels true.

When something is repeated for years, the mind accepts it and the body becomes familiar with it. Eventually, that familiarity begins to feel like truth.

Not every inherited belief is false. But no belief should remain beyond examination simply because it is old.

Private reflection: Which belief have you accepted without personally verifying it?

Episode 2—“Familiar, Not True”—is now on YouTube.

Questioning is not rebellion. It is the beginning of clarity.

Question your beliefs. Question what feels familiar. Question the definitions you have carried for years.

What is true will survive the questioning. What is only an illusion may begin to fall away.

But do not replace one borrowed truth with another—not even mine.

Private reflection: Which belief are you afraid to examine?

One event but many realities ?

One person sees the event through their experiences. The other sees it through theirs. And what actually happened may be different from both interpretations.

This does not mean that your experience is false. It means your experience may not contain the complete picture.

Before defending your reality, pause and ask:

“What might I not be seeing?”

Kya aap duniya ko apni aankhon se dekh rahe hain?

Or through a lens that was quietly handed to you?

Career, marriage, money, respect, good, bad—definitions for everything existed before we began examining them.

The question is not whether every inherited definition is wrong. The question is whether you are even aware that you are looking through it.

Private reflection: Which part of your worldview is genuinely yours?

Who defined success for you ?

A particular career. A certain income. A respectable position. A life that looks complete from the outside.

You may reach all of it and still feel absent from your own life.
This does not make success meaningless. It simply means that someone else’s definition of success may not be complete for you.

Private reflection: If nobody were watching, what would a successful life mean to you?

What feels familiar is not necessarily true.

When a belief is repeated throughout childhood—by family, school, society, or the environment around us—it gradually becomes part of our perception.

That perception influences our choices.
Our choices become repeated actions.
Those actions eventually create the reality we live in.

Because we have known that reality for so long, it feels familiar. And because it feels familiar, we begin calling it the truth.

But familiarity is not evidence of truth.

An important distinction: an inherited belief is not automatically wrong. It may simply be unexamined.

The purpose is not to reject everything we have received or rebel against our roots. It is to consciously examine whether those beliefs are genuinely true for us—or whether we continue living by them simply because they are familiar.

Private reflection: Which belief have you accepted as truth without ever examining it for yourself?

Rest karna laziness kab ban gaya?

We inherit definitions without noticing them.
Rest becomes laziness.

Disagreement becomes disrespect.
A different path becomes failure.

But a judgment repeated for many years does not automatically become the complete truth.

Private reflection: Which label have you accepted without examining it?
