Mahendar ji is the first face you see at Rishikesh Yogpeeth. ✨

What you don’t see: he carried the tin roofs over your head, on his back, thirteen years ago, before this was Yogpeeth, when it was just a construction site and a plan.

He still carries what needs carrying. He just knows better than anyone what this place is made of.

Another chapter of Yoga Bodhi alumni meetup! Today professor Chaitanya spoke about expectations vs reality and the concept of Buddha's 2 arrows - 1st that happens to us (not in our control) and 2nd our response (in our control, but we struggle)

Brothers & Sisters Raksha Bandhan 🪷

A beautiful Indian festival celebrating the bond between brothers and sisters.

On this day, sisters traditionally tie a rakhi, a sacred thread, around their brothers’ wrists as a symbol of love, protection and connection.
In return, brothers offer blessings, gifts and a promise to care for their sisters.

A celebration of family, gratitude and the bonds that bring us together. 🤍

It's such a privilege that we have been able to bring this beautiful place for all of our seekers. So full of gratitude to this heavenly forest, the mountain and the mountain community of Patna village - otherwise who can even think of creating a magic mountain of Yoga in middle of nowhere!

Weeks of practice, philosophy, and most importantly "unlearning the rigorous conditioning that we all have"..brought this July batch here amidst the lovely monsoon.

21 days, one mat, one breath, one family ✨

They came from different corners of the world, with different stories and different reasons for being here. In 21 days, they learned, grew, connected and became a family.

Two days ago we celebrated their graduation and the beginning of a new chapter. 🌿

The practice doesn’t end here. It begins.
