OM Healing Circle is an ancient group healing technique that has been brought back by Aum Vidya Kendra, Rishikesh to help restore balance and unity in people and the world. It leads to a more joyful life and supports our health and our meditation practice. Sound and vibration are the essence of creation. OM is the primordial sound creating and pervading the whole universe. The sound OM belongs to all humanity, to all nations and to all religions. By resonating the sound of OM within a specific formation of people, healing processes can be amplified through aligning the vibrations. Like waves created by a stone thrown into water the vibrations of the sound OM ripple into the surroundings. These vibrations can be beneficial to the participants and also reach other people, places and life situations. Universally OM Healing can help uplift the environment and create harmony and unity within man and nature. The world needs people who are willing to contribute to the change. It is time to realise the potential within and to share it with the whole world. We are all needed to make a change, to help turn around the imbalances whether they are in ourselves, our families, our society or our environment. As more and more people join the OM Healing circles around the earth, the healing and sacred energy of OM will naturally embrace, transform and expand our lives and existence as we know it. We heal ourselves and at the same time we perform a great service for our world! For thousands of years this sacred method of healing was not accessible to mankind. Now, as we are entering a new period of time, in which more and more people are reawakening to the hidden potentials inside of themselves, OM Healing is being brought back to help facilitate this change in humanity. How does OM Healing work? The cosmic vibration of OM aligns all the vibrations within us which are in disharmony. By chanting OM within a specifically arranged group of people, the healing power is enhanced and amplified. Entering into this vibration, we facilitate the release of emotions, thoughts and negative energy, thereby bringing about healing. OM Healing has a combined effect of not only balancing and supporting the healing processes of all the people within the group, but also everything in the surrounding area including people, animals, buildings and nature. This energy can also be directed for the benefit of people, places and life situations depending on what the group or participants focus upon. Anyone who specifically would like to receive support from an OM Healing group, but cannot be present in the circle, can submit their name in order for it to be included. During the OM healing session, the auras of the individual participants connect in a circle and in addition with the collective higher consciousness of the group. A channel is formed between that higher consciousness and the participants, in which the vibration of OM flows into and around the whole group. As a result, different energies – like fear, tension, pride - are released and purified. Healing effortlessly takes place. The healing power can also be directed for the benefit of people not present in the circle, places and life situations depending on what the group or participants focus upon. For those who have dedicated themselves to the spiritual path the OM Healing Circle will help remove negativity and obstacles. While practicing, our negativity is offered up to God, turned into positivity and then given back to us. And also, while practicing everyone’s aura turns to pure light. The negativity that covers our true self is temporarily overpowered by God’s Grace. How to Join a Group? If you are interested in joining an OM Healing group, please contact your nearest OM Healing organiser. To be able to do OM Healing, One is solely required to chant OM for a period of time whilst sitting with a specially arranged group of people.For the people unable to attend OM Healing there is the possibility to receive healing support by providing their names to an OM-Healing group. OM Healing is offered free of charge. Contributions for covering costs in connection with location rent and services is welcomed by the group organisers. Run a Group :
To be able to run an OM Healing group it is necessary
1. Join any OM healing Group.
2. Attend at least nine OM Healing sessions.
3. Register Nine people to your OM Healing Group.
4. Attend one AUM healing Workshop.
5. Receive affiliation from AVK.
6. If one has a spiritual teacher, to receive his permission to run OM Healing sessions. By fulfilling the above mentioned requirements you will be registered as a certified OM Healing group organiser.
