3 circuits of jumping jacks, high knees, butt kicks each.
Abs workout ( Flutter, scissors, both leg raises) 3 sets each
Mountain climbers, pushups, pike plank. Toe touches( Sitting and standing), bicycle crunches, lying down cycling , knee pull ins, alternate toe touches
