“Weight wapas kyun badh gaya?”
Aksar sawal product se zyada habits ka hota hai.
Jab routine strong hota hai, discipline hota hai, portion control aur consistency hoti hai… results aane lagte hain.
Lekin challenge result lene mein nahi… result maintain karne mein hota hai.
Jaise hi old habits wapas aati hain, body bhi dheere dheere purane pattern follow karna start kar deti hai.
Real transformation sirf short-term effort se nahi…
long-term lifestyle changes se banta hai.
Goal sirf weight lose karna nahi…
aise habits build karna hai jo results ko sustain kar sakein.
Agar aap quick fixes nahi, long-term change pe focus karna chahte ho… this mindset matters.
