You can never offset a bad Diet. Period. And thus, it’s imperative to eat smart and eat right!
Remember that even if you don’t count Calories, Calories do count! There simply is no way you can beat Energy Balance.
Count your Calories when you eat.
When you Exercise, never count Calories. Count your Reps!

Choose your Supplements wisely.
Remember - It always has to be 80 to 90 percent Food; and 10 to 20 Percent Supplements.
But some supplements are extremely important while some are gimmicks!
