हिमाचल प्रदेश की खूबसूरत वादियों में स्थित राजकीय कन्या विद्यालय, जुब्बल, जिला शिमला शिक्षा के साथ-साथ खेल प्रतिभाओं को पहचान देने और उन्हें निखारने का एक प्रेरणादायक केंद्र है।

ग्रामीण और पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों की बेटियों में प्रतिभा की कोई कमी नहीं है। आवश्यकता है तो केवल उचित प्रशिक्षण, बेहतर खेल सुविधाओं, योग्य प्रशिक्षकों और निरंतर मार्गदर्शन की। यदि उन्हें सही अवसर मिले, तो यही बेटियाँ जिला और राज्य स्तर से आगे बढ़कर राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर हिमाचल का नाम रोशन कर सकती हैं।

जुब्बल की धरती पर खेल प्रतिभाओं को मिलने वाला यह मंच हमारी बेटियों के सपनों को नई उड़ान दे सकता है। इसलिए खेल सुविधाओं, प्रशिक्षण व्यवस्था और प्रशिक्षकों को लगातार मजबूत करना समय की आवश्यकता है।

Physical Efficiency Test and Counselling Conducted for B.P.Ed. Admission (2026–28) at Rameshwari Teachers Training Institute

Kullu, August 10, 2026: Rameshwari Teachers Training Institute, Shadhabai, organized the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Counselling on Monday for admission to the B.P.Ed. Batch 2026–28 under the guidance of Sardar Patel University, Mandi.

The admission process was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Manohar Lal, Associate Professor and Chairman, Department of Physical Education, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, who served as the external examiner.

A large number of aspiring candidates enthusiastically participated in the Physical Efficiency Test for admission to the B.P.Ed. programme.

The institute also invited applications for B.Ed. admission counselling, attracting many meritorious candidates.

On the occasion, Mr. Prashant Sharma, Chairman of the institute, welcomed all the candidates and wished them a bright and successful future.

हिमाचल प्रदेश विधानसभा मानसून सत्र (21 अगस्त से)

🏛️ माननीय मुख्यमंत्री, शिक्षा मंत्री एवं सभी माननीय विधायकों से विनम्र आग्रह।

कृपया विधानसभा के मानसून सत्र में PGT (Physical Education) भर्ती का मुद्दा प्रमुखता से उठाया जाए।

मुख्य तथ्य:

- वर्ष 2021 में 243 ET (Elementary Teacher) शिक्षकों को पदोन्नति देकर PGT (Physical Education) बनाया गया।
- Recruitment & Promotion (R&P) Rules के अनुसार PGT (Physical Education) के 50% पद HPPSC के माध्यम से प्रत्यक्ष भर्ती से भरे जाने हैं।
- 2021 में हुई पदोन्नतियों के बाद आज तक HPPSC के माध्यम से 50% प्रत्यक्ष भर्ती नहीं की गई, जिससे हजारों योग्य B.P.Ed. एवं M.P.Ed. अभ्यर्थी लंबे समय से बेरोजगार हैं।
- सरकारी स्कूलों में शारीरिक शिक्षा शिक्षकों की आवश्यकता होने के बावजूद नियमित आयोग भर्ती लंबित है।

हमारी मांगें:

1. विधानसभा में इस विषय पर सरकार से स्पष्ट जवाब लिया जाए।
2. PGT (Physical Education) के रिक्त पदों को कैबिनेट से शीघ्र स्वीकृति दी जाए।
3. HPPSC के माध्यम से 50% प्रत्यक्ष भर्ती का विज्ञापन तुरंत जारी किया जाए।
4. R&P Rules का पूर्ण पालन करते हुए लंबे समय से लंबित भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाए।

हजारों बेरोजगार शारीरिक शिक्षा अभ्यर्थियों की एक ही मांग—
"R&P Rules लागू करो, HPPSC से PGT (Physical Education) भर्ती शुरू करो।"

Subject: Representation regarding the urgent recruitment of PGT (Physical Education) through HPPSC and approval of vacancies in the upcoming Cabinet meeting.

Respected Sir,

We, the unemployed PGT (Physical Education) aspirants of Himachal Pradesh, respectfully draw your kind attention to the long-pending recruitment of PGT (Physical Education) in Government Senior Secondary Schools.

Despite the clear provision of 50% direct recruitment through the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) under the Recruitment & Promotion (R&P) Rules, recruitment for PGT (Physical Education) has not been conducted for a long time. As a result, thousands of qualified B.P.Ed. and M.P.Ed. degree holders remain unemployed, while many Government schools continue to face a shortage of Physical Education teachers.

We wish to highlight the following concerns:

1. Age-out Crisis: Due to the continuous delay in recruitment, many deserving candidates are becoming over-aged and losing their opportunity to compete in future examinations.

2. Increasing Vacancies: Every month, PGT (Physical Education) teachers retire, while many are promoted to higher posts, creating more vacancies in Government schools.

3. Implementation of R&P Rules: The provision of 50% direct recruitment through HPPSC should be implemented without further delay so that eligible candidates receive a fair opportunity.

We, therefore, humbly request the Government to:

1. Approve and sanction the vacant posts of PGT (Physical Education) in the upcoming Cabinet meeting.

2. Direct the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) to issue the recruitment advertisement and conduct the Commission examination at the earliest.

3. Ensure timely recruitment so that students receive quality Physical Education and unemployed qualified candidates get justice before crossing the upper age limit.

We sincerely hope that the Government will take a positive decision in the interest of students and thousands of unemployed PGT (Physical Education) aspirants of Himachal Pradesh.

पीजीटी शिक्षकों के 2991 पद खाली, असिस्टेंट लाइब्रेरियन लेंगे गुजरात में ट्रेनिंग और पेंशनरों का 15 अगस्त तक भुगतान का अल्टीमेटम: EduHimachal Daily

हिमाचल प्रदेश से जुड़ी विभिन्न महत्वपूर्ण खबरों में, सरकारी स्कूलों में पीजीटी (PGT) शिक्षकों के 2991 पद रिक्त होने की जानकारी सामने आई है, जिससे रिक्तियों को जल्द भरने की मांग उठ रही है। दूसरी ओर, प्रदेश के 8 असिस्टेंट लाइब्रेरियन को 'सोल 3.0 सॉफ्टवेयर' के प्रशिक्षण के लिए 17 से 21 अगस्त तक गुजरात के गांधीनगर भेजा जा रहा है। इसके साथ ही, उच्च शिक्षा निदेशालय ने भर्ती प्रक्रिया में शामिल होने के लिए 37 कर्मचारियों को अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र (NOC) जारी करने के निर्देश दिए हैं, जबकि पेंशनर संयुक्त मोर्चा ने प्रदेश सरकार से 15 अगस्त तक लंबित वित्तीय लाभों और बकाया डीए एरियर का भुगतान करने की मांग करते हुए अल्टीमेटम दिया है।

​We, the PGT (School Lecturer) aspirants of Himachal Pradesh, would like to draw your kind attention to the critical shortage of teaching staff in government schools and the plight of thousands of educated unemployed youth across the state.
​Currently, around 3,000 to 4,000 posts of School Lecturers (PGT) are lying vacant in various Government Senior Secondary Schools across Himachal Pradesh. Due to this shortage, students in many schools are suffering without subject teachers for core disciplines such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and others.
​We wish to highlight the following critical issues:
1.​Age-out Crisis for Aspirants: Due to the delay in recruitment notifications, thousands of hardworking candidates are crossing the upper age limit (becoming over-aged), losing their eligibility to compete in future examinations.
2.​Rising Vacancies via Retirements and Promotions: PGT teachers are retiring every month, while many are going to promote to the positions of Headmaster and Principal, thereby further worsening the shortage of subject teachers in classrooms.
​We humbly request you to kindly:
1.​Sanction and approve at least 1,000 to 1,200 posts of PGT (School Lecturers) in the upcoming Cabinet meeting.
2.​Direct the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) to issue the official advertisement and conduct the commission exam at the earliest.
​This timely intervention will ensure that students receive quality subject-wise education without further academic loss, and unemployed youth get a fair opportunity to secure employment before exceeding the age limit.

PGT के पुराने, नये R& P RULE, पॉलिसी, मंत्रियों द्वारा विधान सभा question मे दी गई रिप्लाई , FACTS, DATA PGT भर्ती मे कोई भी अस्थाई भर्ती R& P rule, पॉलिसी, रोस्टर Allow ही नही करते , Vacant पड़ी seat मे Max seat कमीशन exam हिस्से की पेंडिंग हैं इसलिए 2010 से PGT मे जितनी SEAT प्रमोशन से भरी गई हैं, उतनी पेंडिंग पड़ी SEAT GOVT जल्द कमीशन EXAM से पहले भरे R& P RULE , पॉलिसी की VIOLATION नही चलेगी, BACKDOOR भर्तियां नही चलेगी और अस्थाई रखे टीचर की जगह भी जल्द कमीशन exam पास PGT टीचर भेजे
